Your data, and leaving if you want to

Your client book is yours. That stays true whether you are staying, taking a break, or moving to something else.

Downloading everything

In Settings → Account you can download your whole business as a set of spreadsheet files: clients, appointments, sales, staff, services, and the consent records your clients signed. You can do this any time, as often as you like — before closing your account or after.

Closing your account

Only the account owner can close the account, and you type a confirmation so it cannot happen by accident. Closing it:

• takes your booking page and website offline right away,
• stops every scheduled message so clients are not texted by a closed business,
• cancels your subscription so you are not billed again.

Your data is kept, not destroyed — if you come back, or if you need that export later, it is still there. The download works after closing too.

If anything here is unclear, email us before you close — most "I want to leave" problems turn out to be fixable ones, and if yours isn't, we will help you leave cleanly.
